WHAT WE DO
Your day, step by step
Step 1
You sit in a soft chair.
Step 2
We rest a small pad on your head.
Step 3
You hear a tapping sound. You may feel a light tap.
Step 4
You rest, listen to music, or talk with us.
Step 5
You go home. You can drive.
Step 6
Then we stay with you. We check in with you for the next six weeks. You are not on your own after you walk out.

Your brain can change.
Brains are not fixed. They grow and rewire all your life. Depression can slow down one part of the brain. TMS helps wake that part back up.
That is not a promise. It is a real chance.

What the early ONE-D study found
In a 2025 study, 32 adults received 20 TMS sessions in one day.
100%
finished all 20 sessions
87.5%
had depression scores drop by half or more
71.9%
had very few signs of depression at six weeks
50%
still had very few signs at the 6-month check-in.
0
serious adverse events were reported
One thing worth knowing: relief is not always immediate. The brain may need time to adjust after TMS. The biggest changes may show up over the following weeks, not the same day you leave the clinic.
What to expect after One-Day TMS
TMS does not always change how you feel right away. Here is what you should know before treatment.
Results can take time.
Most people do not feel a major change that night. When improvement happens, it often builds over the next few weeks.
You may have a mild headache.
Some people have a headache or a sore spot on the scalp. This is usually mild and often fades within a day or two.
Some people need more treatment.
One day may not be enough for everyone. Some people may need more TMS sessions or a different treatment plan.
One-Day TMS is still being studied.
Most studies of fast TMS have used more than one treatment day. More research is needed on one-day treatment plans.
