Life can be more than getting through the day.
These are examples of recovery goals. Results are not guaranteed. Lifestyle photos are illustrative; the models are not Valiant patients.
Treatment often means many visits over several weeks.
For the right patient, treatment is done during one day.
Both may be good options. Your evaluation helps decide what fits you.

You are not in the treatment chair all day. Between sessions, go back to your private room.
Work if you want.
Rest if you need.
Stay connected.
Your own room for the day.
Read. Work. Watch something. Rest. The time between sessions is yours.
Work between sessions when appropriate.
Plan on about 9.5 hours from start to finish. Treatment happens throughout the day, with breaks between sessions in your private room.
MORNING
Your morning starts with TMS mapping. This helps us find the right treatment spot and set the right treatment strength for you.
THROUGH THE DAY
You receive short TMS sessions throughout the day. There is time between each session.
Between treatments, go back to your private room. Work on your laptop, read, watch something, eat, or rest.
FINISH
By the end of the day, the planned ONE-D treatment schedule is complete.

Have insurance we accept?
When Valiant is in-network and the visit is eligible under your plan, we can bill your psychiatric evaluation and follow-up visits to insurance.
Deductible, copay, coinsurance, and other plan rules may apply. Coverage is not guaranteed. An insurance-billed evaluation does not receive the self-pay treatment credit.
Self-pay or out of network?
If you are self-pay or Valiant does not accept your insurance, the new-patient psychiatric evaluation is $300.
Move Forward With ONE-D?
Your $300 self-pay evaluation payment counts toward the $2,995 ONE-D treatment price.
September availability
ONE-D treatment days are limited by provider time, trained staff, equipment, and private-suite availability.
A consultation or evaluation does not reserve a treatment spot. A spot is filled only after clinical approval, commitment to treatment, and scheduling a September treatment day.

ONE-D is a serious medical treatment. You should know who is guiding your care.
Gabriel Heaton, PMHNP-BC
Your care is led by Gabriel Heaton, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner.
Gabriel has clinical experience working with TMS and caring for patients receiving TMS treatment.
Before Valiant, Gabriel spent years working with people with severe mental illness at an advanced diagnostic facility.
That experience shaped a direct, practical approach to psychiatric care for people dealing with complex mental health needs.
Not everyone should receive TMS. We review your symptoms, past treatment, medications, medical history, and basic TMS safety concerns before moving forward.
If ONE-D does not look like the right next step, we will tell you.
ONE-D has early clinical research behind it. More research is still needed.
We review your history before treatment. TMS is not right for everyone.
No one can promise how much or how fast you will improve.
Research on ONE-D is more limited than research on regular TMS. Your evaluation reviews health history, medicines, seizures, devices, and other options.
Tell us what you have tried. Ask your questions. We'll help you decide if a full evaluation makes sense.
